Description

The next batch of 3 Black Cats is due for release on 16 December 2024.

Black Inca, Willie Warmer and Stark Raven were blended on oak in a whisky cask over several months to create this fine brew.

At 8.8% abv it’s dangerously delicious!

Visited Launceston market a picked up 3 bottles. Without doubt the best dark ale I have tasted. A perfect combination that is neither sweet or bitter with a slightly Smokey flavour that probably comes from being brewed in whiskey barrels. Highly recommended. I feel a visit to the brewery coming on.

  Hi Keith, many thanks for your review. We’ve just sold the last carton of our first batch of 3 Black Cats, will be bottling the next batch this coming week.
  Meanwhile, all three black beers in the blend and a range of other brews are available at our cellar door, current (cool season) trading hours Friday to Sunday 11am to 5pm.
