Twelve different beers in bottles and cans with decorative hops and grains.
Winter you say? Not sure what you're talking about, it's still t-shirts and blue skies here. A couple of weeks ago we ticked off our annual "fagus walk" (see image below) up at Cradle slathered in sunscreen.
Our long warm summer has fully extended into autumn and with less than a month to go before winter is official, the nights are starting to cool down. So we've put together a winter special (image above) for you to enjoy around the firepit, the wood-heater or while hibernating indoors when the cold eventually arrives.
Autumn fagus leaves in bright red tones, some yellow and some still green.
Brew news
April in the brewhouse was relatively quiet while half of our crew was away and various events were in progress. BoHo Pils was brewed early April at Morrisons and a sudden drop in Willie Warmer supplies saw this classic dark ale being brewed and bottled here at Seven Sheds so it's now back on the website, as is our Classics mix.
We also bottled a new batch of 3 Black Cats late April, meanwhile Black Inca has been moving so fast we've just taken it off the website, apart from including it in our Winter Special. We'll be brewing Black Inca again soon.
Smokin' Bagpipes isn't available online at the moment but if you follow our Facebook or Instagram feeds you'll see we've been preparing the next batch, with Tim from Communion Brewery joining us for the fun.
Look for our Winter Special in our online store, or let us know if there's a different mix you'd prefer.
Cellar door
As we go into the cooler months we've reduced our cellar door hours to Saturday and Sunday afternoons from 3pm to 5pm, while we focus on some other projects. We'll still be servicing mail orders, doing our weekly Launceston Harvest Market stall and on-premise carton sales by arrangement - text Willie on 0427 879 226.
