Winter 2025
We've decided to have a good long navel-gazing break as April draws to a close. Our cellar door will be closed, but we'll still have lots of good brews available online and through our outlets.
|
Among others our recently-released green hop brew, East Kentish IPA (EKIPA) is on the website and available in our cellar door and at Harvest Launceston. Brewed with green Cascade hops picked during March, it's a refreshing brew that gives a nod to both the original English India Pale Ale style and new world hops.
|
We also have some barrel-aged brews in the pipeline, plus that rapidly-fermenting brew you may have noticed on our socials back in February (watch this space).

If you're needing something "grown-up" to complement your Easter joy, we'll have Black Inca available at Harvest Launceston and in our cellar door this weekend. Tasmanian outlets include Anvers Chocolate Factory in Latrobe; Corinna; and Cradle Mountain Wilderness Village. Brewed with Peruvian Nacionale cacao nibs, plus Tasmanian-grown organic quinoa and organic oats, this is a beer that surprises with its rich dark chocolate notes and luscious smooth finish.

We have only twelve hours of cellar door trading between now and the end of April. We'll be open on Easter Saturday and Easter Sunday from 3pm to 6pm; and on ANZAC Day Friday 25 April and Saturday 26 April also from 3pm to 6pm. Outside of those times Willie is at Harvest Launceston on Saturday mornings; you can still buy online; and takeaways will continue to be available by prior arrangement.
