On the first day of Spring our fuggle hops were already pushing their way through the pea straw following Willie’s winter hop garden feeding and mulching program.

We’ve just officially launched our Cherry Saison, which has been cold conditioning since we brewed it in January. This unique beer is made with Spreyton cherries and a saison yeast, giving it a medium-dry mouthfeel and subtle fruit characters along with biscuit and honey malt notes. It’s available by the carton via our online store or come and try it in our cellar door.
